When will I get my tickets?
Tickets and function passes will be sent approx 2 - 3 weeks ahead of the event via post except for MVP Fan Package bookings, tickets will be sent approx 2 - 3 weeks ahead of the event via email. The booking contact will be kept up to date on any update on the bookings via the email used at the time of the booking.
Where are my seats?
MVP FAN packages only should have received your seat allocations via email. If not please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and details can be resent.
If you have purchased a Grandstand package (Legends Lounge, All Star Suite, Three Point Club, Champions Dining or Swish Bar), click here to view the location of your function room/seat allocation. Your confirmed seat allocation will be sent to you at the time when your ticket is sent.
What time should I get there?
Function timings will be confirmed and sent out to all package purchasers approximately 2 -3 weeks prior to the games via email.

What players are coming to Australia for these games?
There has been no team announcements to date and will be expected to be confirmed closer to the games. We're expecting strong sqauds in camp on their way to the World Cup in China.
Where can I purchase tickets?
TEG Live & VIP Now are the official sellers of VIP and hospitality packages. General tickets are available through Ticketmaster. Any tickets or packages purchased through unlicensed or secondary sellers may not be valid and may be voided by the promoter.
What if I can no longer attend the event?
VIP NOW does not offer any refunds for VIP Packages purchased. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
What is the age limit into the function rooms?
Please note infants and children under the age of 12 are not permitted into the function room. All patrons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Should you have purchased function room packages for under 12s please contact us. Note this does NOT include MVP Fan Packages.
What is the dress code in the function rooms?
The game day hospitality dress code is smart casual, with team jerseys also permitted.
What do I do if my tickets are lost, stolen or do not arrive in time?

Can I request special dietary requirements?

How do I update my contact details?
